1. Service Description (Hybrid Architecture)

FabDream Studio provides an interface for AI image generation. Important: Our application operates on a "Local-First" basis — your creations are stored entirely on your device, not on our servers.

⚠ 2. Local Storage & Data Loss — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

All your generated content (images, projects, prompts, and settings) is stored exclusively in your web browser using technologies called IndexedDB and Local Storage. FabDream Studio does NOT back up your content to the cloud.

This means your content will be permanently and irreversibly lost if:

• You clear your browser data, cache, cookies, or site data (manually or via cleaning software like CCleaner);
• You uninstall or reinstall your web browser;
• You switch to a different browser (e.g., from Chrome to Firefox) — data does not transfer between browsers;
• You switch to a different computer, phone, or tablet — data is tied to the specific device and browser where it was created;
• You use Private / Incognito mode — all data is deleted when the window is closed;
• Your browser automatically clears data on exit (some browsers or extensions do this by default);
• You reset, format, or factory-reset your device;
• Your device is lost, stolen, or damaged;
• A browser or OS update clears site data (rare but possible);
• Your browser's storage quota is exceeded and the browser silently evicts data.

Your responsibility:

• You are solely responsible for downloading and backing up any images or projects you wish to keep.
• Use the download buttons available throughout the application (individual download, batch ZIP export in the Archive) to save your work to your device's file system.
• We strongly recommend downloading your creations immediately after generating them or on a regular basis.

FabDream Studio shall not be held liable for any data loss resulting from any of the scenarios listed above or any other situation involving the deletion of browser-stored data.

3. User Accounts & API Keys

You may access the service in two ways:

• FabDream Cloud Account: You log in with Google to access our credit system. We manage your credits, but your content remains local.
• BYOK (Bring Your Own Key): You use your personal Gemini API Key. Your key is stored locally in your browser. You are responsible for complying with Google's Terms of Service regarding your API usage.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the prompts you input and the images you generate, subject to Google Gemini's distinct Terms of Use. We lay no claim to your creations.

5. Usage Limits

If using FabDream Cloud free credits, we reserve the right to limit usage to ensure fair access. If using your own API Key, standard Google AI Studio limits apply.

6. Payments & Refund Policy

FabDream Studio offers purchasable credit packs and premium tool unlocks. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• Credits: Purchased credits are delivered instantly and are non-refundable, as they represent access to third-party AI services that incur real costs upon use.
• Tool Unlocks: Premium tool purchases (e.g., Story Book) grant permanent access and are non-refundable, as they are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase.
• Free Credits: The complimentary credits provided upon account creation have no monetary value and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Exceptions: If you experience a technical issue on our end — such as a duplicate charge, credits not being delivered after a successful payment, or a tool unlock not being applied — please contact us at work@fabdream.art and we will issue a full refund or correct the issue promptly.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying digital goods/services that are delivered immediately and that you waive any right of withdrawal once the credits or tool access have been delivered to your account.

7. Educational Content & Courses

FabDream Studio may offer paid educational content, courses, and tutorials ("Courses"). The following terms apply:

• Digital Products: Courses are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase. All sales are final and non-refundable, except in cases of technical issues on our end (e.g., content not being delivered after payment).
• Lifetime Access: Once purchased, you have permanent access to the course content through your FabDream Studio account.
• For Educational Purposes Only: Course content is provided for educational and informational purposes. It describes tools, techniques, and workflows that the author has used, but results may vary based on your setup, tools, and experience.
• Third-Party Tools & AI Agents: Courses may describe the use of third-party AI tools and services (including but not limited to Claude Code, fal.ai, Google Gemini, LTX, ComfyUI). FabDream Studio is not affiliated with these services and is not responsible for changes to their pricing, availability, terms, or functionality.
• AI Agent Permissions & Risks: Some techniques described in courses involve granting AI agents broad access to your computer system (e.g., using --dangerously-skip-permissions or similar flags). You acknowledge that using such features is entirely at your own risk. FabDream Studio is not responsible for any damage, data loss, unintended file modifications, unauthorized API usage, or any other consequence resulting from the use of AI agents or the configurations described in our courses.
• No Guarantee of Results: The results shown in courses (including AI-generated images, videos, and music) were achieved with specific tools, models, and configurations at a specific point in time. AI models and tools evolve rapidly. We do not guarantee that you will achieve identical results.
• Personal Use: Course content is licensed for personal, non-commercial learning. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share course content (including prompts, workflows, and templates) without written permission.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any data loss, whether caused by browser operations, device changes, software updates, or any other circumstance. By using FabDream Studio, you acknowledge and accept the local-storage-only nature of the service as described in Section 2 above.
